API connection fails during setup
Ensure your Instantly API key has the correct permissions. Check that your Instantly account is on a paid plan that includes API access. Try regenerating the API key if the issue persists.
Campaign data not syncing
Verify that the campaigns you want to sync are active in Instantly. Check your internet connection and try refreshing the integration. Contact support if sync issues continue for more than 24 hours.
Metrics don't match Instantly dashboard
There may be a slight delay in data sync (usually 5-15 minutes). Some metrics like real-time opens may differ due to processing time. Check the last sync timestamp in your integration settings.
Integration shows as disconnected
Your Instantly API key may have expired or been revoked. Regenerate a new API key in Instantly and update it in your Anchored Growth integration settings.
Missing historical campaign data
The integration only syncs data from the moment it's connected. Historical Instantly data before the integration was set up won't be available. Contact support if you need to import historical data.
