Who We Are

Anchored Growth ("we", "us") operates the website anchoredgrowth.io and the Anchored Growth platform at app.anchoredgrowth.io, a sales analytics and outbound intelligence product for B2B teams. Data We Collect on This Website

• Usage analytics. We use Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and PostHog to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate location, device type). These tools may set cookies.
• Forms. If you join the waitlist or contact us, we collect the information you submit (such as name, email, and company) to respond and to provide the service you requested. Google reCAPTCHA protects the waitlist forms.

Data We Process in the Platform

When you create an account, we collect your name, email, company, and authentication credentials (managed by Amazon Cognito). When you connect sales tools (such as email sequencers, LinkedIn outreach tools, or CRMs), we process the campaign and engagement data those tools return (message metadata, send/reply outcomes, and prospect business-contact information) for one purpose: analytics and recommendations back to you.

We act as a processor of your connected outreach data: we analyze it on your behalf, we do not sell it, and we do not use one customer's data to market to another customer's prospects.

Service Providers

We rely on a small set of infrastructure providers to run the service: Amazon Web Services (hosting and storage, United States), Helcim (payment processing; we store no full card numbers ourselves), Resend (transactional email), Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and PostHog (product and web analytics). Each provider processes data only as needed to provide its service to us.

Retention & Security

We retain account and platform data for as long as your account is active and delete or anonymize it upon verified deletion requests, subject to legal retention obligations. We encrypt data in transit (TLS) and at rest, restrict access by role, and protect API access with scoped, revocable keys.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@anchoredgrowth.io from the address associated with your account and we will respond within 30 days. You can opt out of analytics cookies through your browser settings or industry opt-out tools.
