Who We Are

Anchored Growth ("we", "us"), a trade name of Factor15 Consulting, operates the website anchoredgrowth.io and the Anchored Growth platform at app.anchoredgrowth.io, a sales analytics and outbound intelligence product for B2B teams. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. For any privacy question or request, email contact@anchoredgrowth.io.

Data We Collect on This Website

  • Usage analytics. We use Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and PostHog to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate location, device type). These tools may set cookies.
  • Forms. If you request a demo or contact us, we collect the information you submit (such as name, email, and company) to respond and to provide the service you requested. Google reCAPTCHA protects these forms.

Data We Process in the Platform

When you create an account, we collect your name, email, company, and authentication credentials (managed by Amazon Cognito), and we record which version of our Terms of Service you accepted and when. We record the same for each person you invite to your account. When you connect sales tools (such as email sequencers, LinkedIn outreach tools, or CRMs), we process the campaign and engagement data those tools return (message content and metadata, send/reply outcomes, and prospect business-contact information) to provide the platform to you: analytics, recommendations, message drafts, and the actions you take through it, such as replying to a prospect from the inbox or starting a campaign in your sequencer.

We act as a processor of your connected outreach data: we analyze it on your behalf, we do not sell it, and we do not use one customer's data to market to another customer's prospects.

Service Providers (Subprocessors)

These are our current subprocessors, what each one does, and the data it receives. List last updated September 14, 2026. We update this list, and the effective date above, before a new subprocessor begins processing your data, and we email platform customers at least 14 days before that happens.

  • Amazon Web Services (United States): hosting, storage, and account authentication (Amazon Cognito). Data: all platform data, account data.
  • Helcim (Canada): payment processing. Data: billing contact and payment details; we store no full card numbers ourselves.
  • Resend (United States): transactional email such as verification codes and invitations. Data: name and email address.
  • OpenAI (United States): drafting message suggestions with its gpt-4o-mini model, only when you request a draft. Data: your company name, the pattern findings the draft is based on, and any context you or your CRM workflow supply, which can include a prospect's most recent email.
  • Google reCAPTCHA (United States): spam and abuse protection on website forms. Data: form submissions and browser signals.
  • Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and PostHog (United States): website and product analytics. Data: pages viewed, approximate location, device type, and in-app usage events.

Retention & Security

We retain account and platform data for as long as your account is active. After an account closes you may export your data for 30 days, after which we may delete it. We delete or anonymize data upon verified deletion requests, subject to legal retention obligations. We back up platform data on a recurring schedule; backups lower the chance of losing data but cannot rule it out, and deleted data can persist in backups until they expire. We encrypt data in transit (TLS) and at rest, restrict access by role, and protect API access with scoped, revocable keys.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@anchoredgrowth.io from the address associated with your account and we will respond within 30 days. You can opt out of analytics cookies through your browser settings or industry opt-out tools.

Changes to This Policy
